Office Assistant/Receptionist

*Minimum Requirements:* * High school degree * 3 years of experience * US Citizen *Preferred Requirements:* * Excellent computer skills * Proficient in Microsoft office programs such as Word and Excel * Organization ability * Strong communication * Attention to detail * Time management *Responsibilities:* * Answer the phones and door * File/organize documents * Maintain/organize office records * Keep office supplies and materials in stock * Schedule meetings for in person and on Zoom in the conference room and take notes during if requested * Handle petty cash and keys for office, storage building, etc.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
