We are seeking a qualified Finance Manager to oversee our Finance team.
The Finance Manager is responsible for supporting the Controller in overseeing and executing the management of account payables, account receivables, on site petty cash, and partner invoicing for TrxNow.
This role will provide monthly forecasts and weekly status reports.
The Finance Manager is an administrative role and a full-time position.
The role will typically operate in a standard business week (Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM), although project demands may require occasional overtime.
This role reports to the Controller.
Candidates should be highly motivated, friendly, professional and should exhibit strong leadership and problem-solving skills to assist with the daily operations of our organization.

* Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Willingness to learn and follow direction
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a business-related field, including Finance or Accounting
* Five years of progressively responsible experience in the finance or accounting field
* Two years experience in the roadside assistance industry
* Proficiency in mathematics, bookkeeping and accounting practices
* Knowledge and application of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
* Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French
