*Key Responsibilities:*
· Insurance:
o Handling correspondence and communication with insurance clients/prospects, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
o Assisting clients with basic inquiries and providing information about insurance products.
o Following up with clients to gather necessary information for policy applications or renewals.
o Collaborating to prepare quotes and proposals for clients.
o Coordinating policy issuance and ensuring accuracy in policy documentation.
o Staying informed about various insurance products and coverage options.
o Assisting in educating clients on policy features, terms, and conditions.
o Initiating contact with potential clients from lead lists.
· Financial Planning – Administrative:
o Assist in client appointment preparation, note taking in appointments, enter client notes in Salesforce, and manage follow up workflow.
o Collaborate with Financial Advisor in creating financial plans for clients including investment reviews, retirement modeling, insurance analysis, tax mitigation planning, college planning, Social Security analysis, lump sum vs annuity pension analysis, and various other wealth management client needs.
· Other Responsibilities:
o Manage projects to improve company scalability, automate processes, enhance client experience, & new business development.
o Assist with new client paperwork and follow new client onboarding process.
o Research ad-hoc topics & complete special projects as assigned
o Assist in marketing projects, analytics, social media, prospect/client material, blog, and website
o Assist in daily resolution of custodial alerts, client requests and other back office support
o Support ongoing efforts for growth with new clients and continuous interaction with current clientele to provide an excellent client experience
o Interact with a wide variety of companies to obtain needed information or request that certain actions be taken and follow up to ensure processes are completed in a timely manner
o Cross train with other teams in order to backup other operational duties as needed

*Skills and Qualifications*
· Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is a plus.
· Knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
· Results-driven with a customer-centric approach.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
· Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses and Series 65 license.
