Additionally, we provide Functional Service Provider (FSP) Solutions, supporting our clients with scientific and technical expertise, acting as an extension of their team, coordinating all laboratory related needs, advising on strategies for lab data collection and providing end-to-end analytical and logistical solutions.
Job Summary The Learning Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of LabConnect’s learning programs.
You will be responsible for the entire instructional design process, including analysis, content development, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences aligned to the business objectives.
Essential Duties and Other Responsibilities • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization’s learning needs, objectives, and audiences.
Design and structure learning experiences that align with these objectives.
• Create instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, multimedia content, and assessments that support the learning objectives.
• Build and manage comprehensive learning curricula, ensuring a logical and progressive flow of content.
• Develop assessment strategies and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.

Use data and feedback to make continuous improvements.
• Lead multiple priorities based on changing business needs.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to develop content and deliver learning experiences that meet the needs of the organization.
• Engage with various stakeholders to gather input and feedback to enhance the quality and relevance of learning programs.
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies and best practices in instructional design and adult learning theory, applying them to improve the effectiveness of learning solutions.
• Perform other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.
Education/Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience (i.
e.
, Training, Technical Writing, Education, Instructional Design, or related).
• 2+ years of experience in Learning Development or Instructional Design.
Ability to provide examples of instructional design work.
• Certified Professional in Talent Development or 5 Moments of Need Designer preferred.
• Proficient working knowledge of adult learning principles with a demonstrated ability to apply those principles.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and authoring tools including, but not limited to, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Collaborative and adaptable with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
