We need to be clear and say we are NOT a Bank and We are NOT a Lending Institution, and we Do not Provide “Loans”.
Here are the basic details on how our unique SBSA program works: • Project to have A Minimum Floor Value of 5 million Dollars • The BOPI purchases the company’s stock CAPS • Clients need to have a bank and an attorney.
• Clients need a comprehensive business plan with financials (Historical or projected 3-5 years) and a Use of funds outline.
Any applicable 3rd party valuations.
• POF ($150K or 1.
5%) of the Total Funding Required for Said Project for the LRO.
These Funds are due Up Front, to Qualify the Client for the Gross Funding.
These funds cover all 3rd party costs: Legal, Research, Documentation and Underwriting.
• Must be a Corporation and have control (or ability to get control) of all CAPS.
• Our fee is the greater of $150,000.
