I am looking for new clients in the areas of Telford, Limestone, Jonesborough, Johnson City, Greeneville, Erwin and Kingsport TN.
I have more than 20 years of experience cleaning homes and offices in the area.
My fees are very reasonable and depends on the specific services needed.
Cleaning products will be provided, unless you have a specific requirement.
I'll be happy to purchase cleaners that I don't normally use, at your expense.
I cannot provide laundry services at this time, due to time restraints.
Typical cleaning services are as follows.
> Dusting every room.
> Thorough bathroom cleaning.
> Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming of all floors.
> Cleaning inside of windows once per month, unless needed more often.
> Cleaning of mirrors, cabinet & drawer fronts and sides (outside only, unless glass) > Wiping down of window sills & frames, insides of doors & frames, as well as wiping down baseboards once per month.
> Dishes will be washed.
Rinsing off dishes, loading and running of dishwasher only, or handwashing
and putting in dish drainer (I do not put dishes away).
You provide dish detergent.
> Making of beds, stripping off bed & changing it if you ask & lay the bedding out for me that you prefer to be used.
> Vacuuming of furniture once per month, unless needed more often.
> Cleaning inside of microwave and or air fryer.
> Cleaning of ceiling fans and light fixtures once monthly.
>>>SERVICES NOT PROVIDED AT THIS TIME INCLUDE AS MENTIONED ABOVE ARE LAUNDRY SERVICES, ALSO NO OUTSIDE WINDOWS, DOORS, PORCHES ETC.
> Deep cleanings are extra and may require more than one day of cleaning.
Those services would include, removing dishes etc.
from cabinets and drawers and wiping them down, removing items from closet floors and cleaning them, fridge cleanout, inside of all windows, oven cleaning and any other requests, not including waxing of floors.
I'm no expert at that and do not feel comfortable doing it.

> SATURDAY ONCE MONTHLY AT A SLIGHTLY HIGHER RATE THAN WEEKDAYS, FROM 2-7PM.
> IF YOU NEED ANY OTHER TIMES, PLEASE ASK AND I WILL SEE IF I CAN WORK WITH YOU.
AS OF RIGHT NOW, I AM NOT AVAILABLE IN THE MORNINGS OR LATE NIGHTS.
NOTHING BEFORE 1PM OR AFTER 11PM.
RATES WILL VARY BETWEEN APPROXIMATELY $25 TO $35 PER HOUR.
