We are seeking a experienced Network Attorney to provide legal guidance and advice on estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and other related areas of asset protection law.
As a Network Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and their unique legal needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal guidance and advice to clients on estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and related areas of law.
Draft legal documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning and business formation documents.
Assist clients in creating and implementing strategies to protect and preserve assets.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Tennessee State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
Existing private practice.
Membership to state bar in adjacent states, beneficial.
