Position: Supervisor, People Records Job Description: The Supervisor, People Records oversees their team's overall functions by leading, directing, and setting standards and policies and procedures.
They field internal customer questions, while demonstrating the highest degree of courtesy, integrity, and professionalism to resolve issues.
Core Responsibilities & Duties: Supervising the input of information into HCM System Provides excellent service to employees and managers for all types of transactions in HCM System Manager, employee and HRA user training Developing and maintaining user "how to" aids Writing and updating HR Data Team SOP's HCM System testing Monitor & respond to daily EBS integration error report notifications Track pertinent new hire data points for review for EBS errors Oversee the maintenance of employee electronic and paper personnel files consistent with company policy and applicable employment regulations Performs other duties as required and assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred bachelor's degree Minimum of 2 years related work experience in administration and human resources Previous supervision experience preferred Demonstrated ability to accurately perform high volume and detailed work Strong organization and prioritization skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer services skills Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to present and maintain a positive corporate image in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of employment law and regulations Experience utilizing HCM System software and Microsoft Office Suite – demonstrated proficiency specifically in Excel, Outlook and Word Ability to maintain highly sensitive and confidential information Skills: Strong The ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior supervisory experience preferred Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment Ability to take the initiative as well as delegate tasks when needed Forward Air is an Equal Opportunity employer.
