Lead HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment - Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters - Test HVAC systems for proper functioning and efficiency - Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems - Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems - Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician - Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components - Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus - Field service experience is preferred - Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals - Ability to maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed - Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Skills: - Proficient in performing equipment repairs and maintenance - Knowledge of plumbing principles for HVAC systems - Ability to work with various tools and equipment related to HVAC systems - Familiarity with refrigeration principles and practices We offer competitive pay based on experience, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
