Front Office Manager
Duties:
- Manage and oversee all front office activities, including reception, patient support, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments using calendar management software.
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with other offices to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar role.
- Proficient in computerized systems for appointment scheduling, data entry, and office management.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience working in a medical office is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
