LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - GR

*The Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center* is looking for full-time, experienced *LPN *for our *Greeneville *office.
Travel to work in our Johnson City, Kingsport and Morristown offices required.
Reimbursed for mileage.
1/2 day Saturday rotation in Knoxville every 4 - 6 weeks.
*record vital signs of patients and obtain medical history* *assist the physician and/or nurse practitioner as needed* *perform skin testing* *administer allergy injections* *handle phone nursing when appropriate, including triaging, calling in prescriptions, etc.

*maintain stocked, neat and clean exam rooms and common work areas daily* *adhere to established practice policies and procedures and follow state and federal regulations* *maintain strictest confidentiality, both internally and externally* *perform all other duties assigned by supervisor, physician or management team* Experience with electronic medical records system required 3+ years experience in a hospital or clinical setting required.
