RN OR/Surgery

*Title: RN OR/Surgery* *Location: 400 N State of Franklin Rd Johnson City, TN 37604* *Duration: 13 Weeks* *Shift: Varied shifts (10 hrs or 12 hrs depending on the need) with occasional weekends and call.
* *Pay Rate: $40/hour on w2.
* *Job Details:* General orientation will begin on Sundays.
Sunday will be online CBLs.
Traveler’s permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospital’s service area.
Please include in the confirmation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation.
Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement) if there is a decrease in census.
Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty.
