Nurse Practitioner

Join our team where you'll have the chance to perform: * Large and small joint injections including viscosupplementation aka hyaluronic acid * PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy * Stem cell procedures * Hormone therapy * IV therapy * DME (durable medical equipment) * Weight loss (Semaglutide and Tirzepitide) Requirements and preferences: * NP licensure for state of Tennessee * experience in injections preferred but not required * credentialed with major insurance companies looked upon favorably We are looking to add a part-time NP to our team.
