is seeking an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Home Manager to provide care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the comfort of their home.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job Duties Administering all medications and tube feedings Monitoring health status and reporting changes Providing all aspects of in home care Completing daily charting and maintaining records Home Manager Job Duties Supervising LPNs and Direct Support Professionals working in the home.
Submitting monthly medical documentation and financial records.
Creating schedules and finding coverage for open shifts.
Be on call for the home (covering for staff that call in, for emergency purposes, etc.
) LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Requirements One year of LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) experience preferred Home health/residential care experience preferred Previous supervisory experience required Must be 21 years of age Must have car insurance and reliable transportation All offers are contingent upon passing of pre-hire background check and drug screen.
Must possess a valid drivers license and current Tennessee LPN license.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $56,000.
