Parts Counter Person

We are looking for a Parts Counter Person to add to our team.

The parts counter person is responsible for the filling of parts orders accurately and in a timely fashion.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Must greet every customer in a friendly and helpful manner.
Must be attentive to our customers needs and make every effort to fulfill their needs.
Must work hand in hand with the Service Department and Sales Department to exceed their expectations they are your best customers.
Must put forth the effort to ensure the correct parts are being issued to our technicians, salesmen, and our customers.
Every method must be exhausted to provide the needed parts as expeditiously as possible each time.
Must understand their responsibility is our customers wants and needs.
Must display the ability to use the ADP computer system within 90 days of the hire date.
Must understand the use of purchase orders, when they are issued, and why.
No purchase order can be issued without an open repair order, or an open we owe, or for the purchase of inventory.
The use of a purchase order for personal use is forbidden.
The person signing the purchase order is responsible for that purchase order personally.
Must understand the Kia Motor Company policies and procedures as applied to the parts department.
Qualifications Dealership parts department experience is required.
Good customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
