In the role of Store Manager, you are expected to directly contribute to store and company goals by performing key duties in all aspects of operations.

*Job Description* · Acquisition and maintenance of customers by building authentic relationships that drive sales.
· Manage sales of the store by setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
· Generate new business by developing and implementing marketing strategies within the community.
· Review and close agreements, which includes confirming customer identification, collection money and obtain customer signatures on lease agreements.
· Assist with training and developing store employees.
· Assist with recruiting and staffing for store needs.
· Planning and directing staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales service programs.
· Assist District Manager with routine inventory reporting.
· Manage customer service calls and work with service vendors to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
· Ensure customer care and satisfaction by resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service.
· Clean and certify merchandise within the store to fit E-Z certified standards (verified to work properly, refurbished, inspected for quality) · Manage daily maintenance and cleanliness of delivery vehicles within safe operating standards.
· Ensure the showroom floor is stocked, cleaned and follows brand standards.
· Safely operate company delivery vehicles.
· Completing all specifications for daily inventory and personnel · Provide a safe, clean environment for customers and employees.
· Any other reasonable duties requested by Management.
*Preferences* · Dynamic, with an outgoing personality and desire to learn and grow.
· Customer service oriented.
· Accountable, able to meet company targets and goals.
· Strong organizational and communication, both verbal and interpersonal skills · High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store and multitasking effectively.
· General product knowledge preferred.
· Minimum 1-year Retail Management experience preferred.
· General computer knowledge with the ability to communicate via email · High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
*Job Requirements* · At least 21 years old · Proven managerial skills · Excellent leadership skills · Possessing a professional work ethic · Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and employees · Ability to work schedule of hours varying from 9 am to 9 pm · Valid driver’s license with clean driving record – required · Background check – required · Maintain a professional appearance.

Store Managers receive one weekday and Sunday off each week.
Schedules and hours may change throughout the year as directed by management and company needs.
