I need someone, preferably male, to take over my boyfriends lease at Student Quarters on May 13.
It’s a deluxe bed room so it’s more than standard br.
The lease ends July 31 so you will have to ask leasing office about renewing (lease last a year).
•I pay around $650 a month and that’s including electricity and other fees.
