is currently recruiting for a Marketing Intern - International This position will be located in Johnson City, TN - (On-Site) Job Purpose: The Marketing Intern, Mexico/LATAM, plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing team’s initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our brands.
This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including assessing competitive landscape for assigned country and positioning of the brand, market research, content creation, campaign development and execution.
The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, analytical and have a passion for the consumer.
Marketing Intern, International Responsibilities: Market Assessment: Understand the global brand positioning and adaptation of the brand based on country assigned.
Evaluate assigned country(s) on market size, consumer demand, competitive set, regulatory environment; and positioning of our brand(s) in country.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Market Research: Working with identified vendor partner assist in the design of a market research study to understand market size and competitive set for the Acne and Suncare category in Mexico and LATAM countries.
Distributor Marketing Content Playbook: Assist in the development of a marketing playbook that provides direction and content for the sales and marketing of our brand(s) in country assigned.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including global brand team and sales to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.
Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Spanish fluency required.
Fluency in English mandatory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
