Field reps are provided paid training along with continuous training to advance them to their maximum potential.

Field representatives’ daily responsibilities include:
Work from within the assigned area daily during business hours.
Prospect for leads.
Make the dials necessary to set F2F appointments (average 75 dials daily)
RTN Compensation; $32K annual salary (pays weekly) + $20K in bonus money to earn a potential of $200 a week, it can be greater but that will be up to the sales representative, gas allowance, plus additional weekly, monthly and quarterly bonuses, a cash collected bonus, and uncapped commissions.
The average RTN sales representative earns $75K to $85 annually and RTN top performers are earning $90K to $100k + per year.
