```Job Overview``` We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
You will oversee all aspects of quality control and quality assurance processes to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.
```Duties``` - Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies - Establish and maintain quality systems to monitor and improve product quality - Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement - Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards - Analyze data and perform statistical analysis to identify trends and areas of concern - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues - Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, FDA regulations, and best practices in quality management ```Skills``` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and techniques - Experience with fabricating processes and manufacturing operations - Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance requirements - Proficiency in using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for dimensional inspection - Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data for continuous improvement - Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions If you are a dedicated professional who is passionate about ensuring product quality, we would love to hear from you.
