JC Housing Authority is looking for a full-time General Maintenance / Painter.
The Unit Turnaround position handles all phases of preparing housing units for families.
*Responsibilities:*
\* Conduct general maintenance of family units and common areas including painting, general carpentry and other preventative maintenance as needed.
\* Maintains safe, efficient and proper operation of a variety of equipment and systems.
\* Completes service requests promptly and efficiently.
\* Performs special projects or duties as assigned.
\* After hours On Call as necessary.
*Skills:*
\* Proven experience in general maintenance, painting, general carpentry, and preventative maintenance responsibilities.
\* Working knowledge of tools and devices.
Be able to perform preventative maintenance and daily maintenance on equipment as needed.
