Our company offers red carpet solutions to homeowners seeking to sell their homes outside of the traditional real estate model.
Our typical client needs help moving an unwanted property for various life reasons.

*Who is IDEAL for the role:*
Experience:
-At least 2 years of project management experience with excellent planning, budget, and people skills.
Our average project cost is around $50k.
-*Real Estate Construction background is a must-have.
*
-You have successfully managed projects of small size ( 100k or less) and drive through the completion with being on time and on budget.
-You LOVE to create a detailed project plan (budget and timeline) and Scope of work.
Track the task and activities each week to report the percentage of project completion.
- You like to solve problems and are proficient with Microsoft excel.
Other construction software experience a plus.

* Create an efficient process to turn around the house faster
